APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the date and time of your choice, our spa recommends making reservations in advance. AM Wellness Day Spa also requires a 50% deposit on all bookings as part of our 48-hour cancellation policy. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or changed. This policy requires that our clients provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice should they need to cancel or make adjustments to their appointment(s). If 48 hours' notice is not given or a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Clients using Gift Certificates as their deposit are subject to this policy, and should the policy not be adhered to, 50% of the value of their service(s) will be deducted from the Gift Certificate.

LATE FOR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late and the appointment needs to be shortened, you will still be charged the full amount for the original appointment.

SPA ETIQUETTE

As a courtesy to clients scheduled after your appointment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, you'll only be entitled to the rest of your scheduled appointment. We also ask that clients turn their phones off or keep them on silent mode. AM Wellness Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

GIFT CARDS & SERVICES

Spa Gift Cards are an excellent way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards never expire for their cash value. All sales are final. Please note that all gift cards and spa purchases, pre-payments, services, and deposits are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unopened products accompanied by a receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within three days of purchase. Products without an accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of gift cards are final.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuity is accepted in cash only.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, visit the AM Wellness Day Spa, or participate in another site feature. When you order or register, we may request your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or other relevant details. However, you may visit our site anonymously.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings you're interested in.

  • To allow us to better serve you in responding to your customer service requests. To quickly process your transactions.

  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other site feature.

  • If you have opted in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails.

  • If you are only visiting the site and have not opted in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. It does not include website hosting partners and other parties that assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, provided that those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

How can you opt out, remove, or modify the information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, you can find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Please note that due to email production schedules, you may receive any emails already in production. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction to service that transaction and for record-keeping purposes.
